La Tanière Zoo-Refuge aims to take in animals that have had a difficult life, not only to care for them but also to offer them a better life and a well-deserved rest. In its quest to preserve wildlife, we join its commitments to collaborate on multiple meaningful and hopeful projects: contributing to the rescue and preservation of endangered animals.
It all started in early 2020, during the first lockdown. We discovered the refuge during a call for help launched on social networks that caught our attention. A few months later, the first email, the first call, then the first visit to La Tanière. On a day in September 2022, we discovered the rescued animals and the immense work done by the teams.
Today, a lasting relationship has been established, a relationship of exchange, ideas, and sharing to help and contribute in the long term.
This year, Nach is once again supporting La Tanière with these FSC-certified beech wood pens.
The residents of the sanctuary honored are Pedro the raccoon, Khéops the tiger, and Ayrton the black panther.
Pedro is a raccoon that was taken from the wild
by individuals. Once rehabilitated, it was impossible for them to release him back into the wild due to his status as an invasive alien species.
Khéops is a tiger; he was placed in the sanctuary in January 2022 by the French Office for Biodiversity after being seized from an individual due to poor living conditions and lack of care.
Ayrton is a black panther born in 2021. He was entrusted to
La Tanière because his mother, severely weakened by childbirth, could not
take care of him.
For every pen purchased, 50% of the profits are donated to the sanctuary.
Following the success of our first co-creation with the animal sanctuary, we have designed a new collection with La Tanière to help them.
This summer, we are offering a range of charms featuring four emblematic residents, as well as the bear paw, the symbol of the sanctuary. Discover Flora, Désiré, Pam, Juan, and Tanny, who have had difficult lives but now enjoy peaceful retirements... Find them here.
The result of extensive design work, each charm is unique, designed and hand-painted in our family workshop in Thailand. Accumulate, wear, and collect them for a charitable and personalized piece of jewelry. For each charm sold, €8 is donated to La Tanière.
Operation result: €1500 donated!
For this 3rd year of collaboration, we are proud to announce that our Pins featuring the residents of the sanctuary are finally available!
Handmade and hand-painted, these solidarity pins pay tribute to six of the sanctuary's residents: Isis the panther, Sven the badger, Athos the seal, Fitou the goat, Walter the llama, and the lovebirds.
For each pin sold, €10 is donated to La Tanière.
Your generosity is appreciated!
From June 6 to July 7, 2024, La Tanière organized a raffle. The proceeds from this event will allow the endowment fund to respond to new requests for housing and to finance a small part of the residents' care.
Nach was delighted to contribute to this event by offering two collections of porcelain rings as well as a "mystery box" with a value of €1200.
As every year, Nach was keen to contribute to the auction organised on May 5, 2024 by La Tanière to support animal welfare.
In this regard, 3 reproductions of Nancy's watercolors were offered to the zoo-sanctuary.
Framed, numbered, and signed, these works raised €270. Accumulate, take away, and collect them for a solidarity and personalised jewel. For each charm sold, €8 is donated to La Tanière.
Total raised from the operation: €1500 donated!
La Tanière organized a charity auction on May 20, 2023, to benefit animal welfare. The funds raised from this sale will be dedicated to animal rescue efforts.
Always in line with our commitment to supporting the shelter, we wanted to participate and contribute. We donated a 200 x 160 cm canvas (from a diptych that required over 17 hours of work and 6 liters of paint) as well as a wooden surfboard painted by Nancy (Nana Galerie) to the shelter.
Find all the auction information on the Instagram account @fddlataniere.
Operation outcome: €520 collected!
Following the call for donations launched by La Tanière on February 19, we had to find an emergency solution to help them quickly. During the "Last Chance" period at the time of the announcement, we decided to donate 30% of these sales to La Tanière until the end of the operation.
Our stores in Toulouse, Cannes, and Nice also offered raffles.
Operation results: €3093.50 donated!
Our first project focused on the joint creation of a product, with the keyword: mutual aid. The result was a set of two pairs of socks, with strong patterns and messages. Made in Portugal, they are 98% Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified cotton.
For each set sold, we donated €10 to the La Tanière animal sanctuary.
Operation results: €1000 donated!
