At NACH, even our jewelry can have little accidents…
That is why we created the NACH Clinic , dedicated to the care of our damaged jewelry.
It consists of two services : the Warranty and the After-Sales Service .

The NACH Guarantee

The NACH guarantee covers jewelry for 6 months from the date of purchase .
After this period, the jewelry will be taken care of by our after-sales service (service charged).

Warranty conditions

The guarantee applies to purchases made less than 6 months ago, upon presentation of proof of purchase .

The following are covered:

  • packaging errors or contractual errors,
  • defective products (material quality, paint defects, etc.),
  • breakages occurring in store (handling by your team or by customers).

After-Sales Service (ASS)

Jewelry older than 6 months, defective or broken, is handled by our after-sales service .

Customer Service Conditions

  • Repairs are charged .
  • If it is not possible, we may, subject to stock availability , offer you an exchange (service charged).

 Return procedure

  • The jewelry must be returned in its original packaging (if possible).
  • It must be accompanied by the duly completed After-Sales Service/Warranty form.

Where possible, we will try to combine the return for after-sales service or warranty with an order , in order to limit shipping costs.

  • For after-sales service : if the shipment is made alone, the shipping costs are borne by the customer.
  • Under Warranty : shipping costs remain the responsibility of NACH.
